We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through Analytics.
Why we collect it
We collect contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest — you've reached out to start a conversation, and we need your details to respond.
Analytics data is collected on the basis of consent via our cookie notice.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
Analytics data is retained in line with Google's standard retention settings.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We don't pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Calendly
If you choose to book a call via our website, you'll be directed to Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. Calendly collects your name, email address, and any other details you provide during booking. This data is processed by Calendly LLC under their own privacy policy, which you can view at calendly.com/privacy.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection tool provided by Cloudflare Inc. Turnstile may collect technical data including your IP address and browser information to verify that form submissions are made by a human. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
